What can I do if there is an issue with the delivery of my order and it hasn't arrived?Updated a month ago

If you are experiencing issues with a missing order, please reach out to us with your order details. 

We will escalate the matter with our shipping manager, who will in turn contact the carrier for an update on your package. 

Investigations may take up to 7 days, and we will keep you informed as soon as we receive new information. 

In the meantime, keep checking your tracking for updates, and let us know if the package gets delivered whilst we are investigating.
