All orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. In some cases, parcels may be left in a safe place, delivered to a neighbour, or redirected to a local parcel shop or collection point. These details will usually be shown in your tracking.

Very rarely, an order may be returned to us, most commonly if the address is incomplete or if the courier has been unable to deliver after multiple attempts.

It’s important to check your tracking if you’re unable to locate your parcel, as this will show the most up to date delivery information, including where it may have been left. You may also want to check around your property, with neighbours, or any safe places where parcels are typically left.

If you’ve checked your tracking and still can’t locate your parcel, please allow a little extra time as deliveries can occasionally be marked as delivered slightly early or may still be on their way.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 48 hours of the marked delivery date, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate this with the courier.

We may ask you to confirm a few details and will work with the delivery provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

Please note that claims must be made within 28 days of the delivery date, as courier investigation windows are time sensitive. After this period, we may not be able to raise a claim, but we’ll always look at alternative options where possible.
