How our pre-orders work...
Pick your fave: Spot something you can’t live without? Check out the product description to see when it’s expected to ship.
Order like usual: Once you’ve read all the details, importantly the expected ship date, go ahead and place your order. Heads up - payment is taken when you order, not when it ships. (Gotta lock it in, right?)
Confirmation: Keep an eye on your inbox for an order confirmation email.
Chill and wait: Now, just kick back and relax while we get your stuff ready. Good things come to those who wait, yeah?
No mix & match: Pre-orders are a solo gig, so don't add other items to your cart. If this happens we will sadly have to cancel your order. Please be aware that this doesn't apply for Pompompourin pre-orders that are expected to ship mid-August - these items can be mixed together!
Stay in the loop: We’ll keep you posted on shipping dates. Once your order’s on its way, you’ll get an email letting you know it’s left our warehouse.
If Life Happens: Sometimes things get delayed. If your pre-order’s running late, we’ll let you know ASAP and update the product description too.
Change of heart? If you need cancel your pre-order before the shipping date, just shoot us an email anytime at [email protected].
