You can return any item for a refund within 28 days of receiving your original order. Please note that all items purchased in Oaflet or the sale must be returned within 14 days. We're not able to offer exchanges on any products unfortunately.
Before you return your items, please make sure they are unused, in their original packaging and in a resellable condition, with any labels and tags still attached. If we receive an item back that is damaged or unsellable (smelling like an armpit etc) we will be in touch. A refund may not always be honoured in these cases.
All online orders must be returned via our online returns portal - returns are not accepted in store.
We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Once we've received your package, your return will be processed within 14 working days. We'll send you an email to let you know once we've processed your return with the details of your refund.
Please be aware that the cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility.
If an item you've received is incorrect or faulty, please contact Oaf Support and we'll sort a free return for you. Please note that you will need to contact Oaf Support before sending this back to us - if we receive a return back that is faulty or damaged, the refund will be sent in form of a discount code.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure it's packaged up properly and can't get damaged on the way.
The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are damaged or incorrect.
If you've not yet received an email to confirm your refund has been processed, please allow up to 14 working days from the date you sent your item before querying your return. If this time has passed, please send your proof of postage to Oaf Support so we can chase this up.
