When you request a cancellation and the order is already 'at stockpoint,' meaning it is being processed by our warehouse team, we may not be able to cancel it immediately. We will request a cancellation with the warehouse team, and you will be informed via email once confirmation is available. Please note that if the order is completed and dispatched before the cancellation request is processed, you should monitor the tracking details and return the item upon delivery if you still wish to not keep it.
