Where is my order confirmation?Updated 3 months ago
As soon as you place your order, you’ll get an order confirmation to the email address you entered with the rest of your details.
If for some reason you don’t receive one, make sure to check your spam and junk folders or double check you entered your email address properly.
If you haven’t received it after 24 hours, please contact Oaf Support by popping onto live chat or dropping us an email. We'll then be able to locate your order once you provide us with the items you ordered, your full name and address and exact amount paid.
